Это рельсобус (занятное название-язык свернёшь), а проще мотриса- железнодорожный самодвижущийся транспорт для мест с неблагоприятными условиями эксплуатации. Может оснащаться помимо дизеля еще и электроустановкой, большим числом аккумуляторных батарей .
